We have multiple talents and resources, both individually and as a team. It only takes a trigger, sometimes through other people’s eyes to rediscover ourselves, to dare crossing milestones, to go beyond our limits, to change perspectives, our ways of working and communicating and we can then express our full potential.
I started my career as a journalist through my passion for discovering, writing, sharing and transmitting knowledge. I quickly joined the business world, in communications and change management, driven by my desire to work as a team, to contribute to people’s personal development and participate in the improvement of organizations.
I have accompanied many Leaders and Teams and helped them implement numerous communication plans and changes. Over the course of these experiences, I have developed the conviction that, to communicate well and change effectively, whether as a Person or a Structure, you need to have:
• A clear vision of what drives you, addressing the questions of meaning and purpose,
• Strong values as a basis for our behavior, actions and commitments.
• Tools and processes serving individual and collective efficiency
My convictions have led me to train myself in the functioning of organizations, in management, in coaching, in change management, in digital. I have also enriched my working methodologies in order to provide my interlocutors with solutions that bring value and simplification to their daily lives.
