I identify the levers and blockages and propose new dynamics and new devices to allow you to gain in terms of efficiency, consistency and image. 

 

• Formulate and implement strategic recommendations: I chose priority work areas, strategies, processes and tools to be implemented, within your budgetary framework. I can also take care of monitoring the implementation phase, in cooperation with your internal teams, and also with the network of experts I have built up over the years.
