I like to deal with the complexity of a situation, seeking to understand its dynamics, its blockages, the levers and possible strategies of transformation in order to define the best solutions and meet the needs and challenges of the People and Entities I am working with.

Whether it is to define and implement a communication strategy, to facilitate a dynamic of change, individually or collectively or to implement new working methodologies and tools, I always work according to the same modus operandi:

 

 Identify the key pillars of your identity: I investigate to understand your history, intentions, stages of development, your values, beliefs and commitments. I also analyze your vision, your strategy, your reputation and your ways of working.

 

Identify your dynamics and blockages: I consider your ambitions, your communication challenges, your desires and your ability for change but also your management and operating methods. I identify the levers and blockages and propose new dynamics and new devices to allow you to gain in terms of efficiency, consistency and image. 

 

Formulate and implement strategic recommendations: I chose priority work areas, strategies, processes and tools to be implemented, within your budgetary framework. I can also take care of monitoring the implementation phase, in cooperation with your internal teams, and also with the network of experts I have built up over the years.
