My background
I started as a journalist in a news agency and I quickly chose to move towards business: first in charge of customer communications at the Caisse d'Epargne Rhône-Alpes (1994) then as internal communication manager at Rhône-Poulenc Agro, from 1994 to 1999.
After the merger of Rhône-Poulenc with Hoechst in 2000, I became Head of Corporate Communications of Aventis CropScience and, following the acquisition by Bayer, I have been Director of Communications France at Bayer CropScience until 2004. I then joined the headquarters in Germany to take the lead of global internal communication until 2006.
I then turned to small domestic appliances: I was in charge of the communication of Groupe SEB from 2006 to 2018 and I then devoted myself to the management of the Group’s digital transformation.
Since 2020, I advise Companies and Individuals looking to enhance their communication, accelerate their change dynamics, and work more efficiently.
They worked with me and they testify about it on LinkedIn...
I have already carried out missions for them:
